| @CarlitosMMT Thanks! After meeting with Andy Card in 2002 he realized rate cuts don't work and they needed to get the deficit much higher fast, so they initiated every tax cut, including retro, and spending increase possible including paying full price for prescription drugs etc. So my fault! |
