That's a key tenant of capitalism that the the reason people don't
have enough is because there isn't enough. It's an
intentional mismanagement of resources, right? There are
about 552,000 homeless people in the United States, but
about 16 million vacant units and when
you talk to people about homelessness, they're like, how can we build more houses? That
is not the problem the numbers show very
clearly. That's not the problem likewise with energy
and with oil production. Like we don't have to be
relying on fossil fuels for all of our energy. We already
know renewable energy exists and we could very easily
direct labor towards creating wind
and solar Farms, but because all of our
resources and labor Powers directed by these people have very narrow
profit motives that's not going to happen. And because
our Housing Industry is run by people who want to make
money off of the commodification of housing. We're never going
to see those half a million homeless people put in half
a million of the 16 million bacon units and
it's all about people making money and
doesn't have to be like that.
