Mobilization frameworks

These are high-level strategies for public finance during mobilization.

They overlap and have various degrees of detail, but are useful as heuristics.

1. Pay-As-You-Go

2. The Keynes Plan

3.Expenditure Rationing

4. Voluntary Saving (Ruml)

5. Tight mobilization (Galbraith's "disequilibrium system")

The key difference is how they handle the "inflationary gap", the difference between total spending and the economy's actual capacity.

これらは、公的資金を動員する際のハイレベルな戦略である。

1. ペイ・アズ・ユー・ゴー（Pay-As-You-Go）

2. ケインズプラン

3.歳出配給制（Expenditure Rationing）

4. 自主的貯蓄（ラムル）

5. 逼迫動員（ガルブレイスの「非平衡型」） 

重要な違いは、総支出と経済の実際の能力の差である「インフレ・ギャップ」をどう扱うかである。
